Sheryl Venola's Thoughts on Just About Everything

Blog What's on What is Left of My Mind Favorite Links

How can you help me?

Hello.  My name is Sheryl Venola, and I am a registered nurse who has practiced in the oncology/hematology and medical/surgical (mostly orthopedics) areas for the past fifteen years.  In building this web site, I hope to connect with people from all walks of life, and from everywhere.  Although I am in the healthcare field, this site is open to any and all subjects you may wish to discuss.  I seek knowledge, understanding, laughter, and wish to assist others in finding that for which they may be searching.  Others would probably describe me as an odd sort of person in that I am introspective, inquisitive, sometimes shy, but then apt to say outrageous things or have the opposite stance on a subject than would have been expected.  I guess that's the nature of we humans, but though I am opinionated, I'm able to be objective and see other sides to an argument or debate and hope to engage others.

What's New

The first new thing is that the site now has a name and an introduction.  I've had this page at least a year and have just begun construction and am working to give it a certain direction.  Of course, being a tangential thinker, you're likely to need a map to get yourself back to where the thought originally started.  Anyway, I've posted my first blog and would be very grateful for your input.

Site Enhancements

EmbarassedThis part of the site is still under construction, but we hope to have it ready soon.  I welcome any ideas from more experienced web builders and visitors to the site.
